About us
Konstat Biro was founded in 1994 by Edvard Štok, Master of Science. The company’s name is a combination of two words that have been key areas of our activity since the very beginning: construction and structural engineering.
The company boasts a proven track record of designing the most complex structures both in domestic and international markets. We are experts in deep foundations, reinforced concrete structures, prestressed reinforced concrete structures, steel, wooden, and composite structures.
We also believe that our involvement in preserving cultural heritage is of exceptional importance. From the very beginning, we have been involved in restoration projects, relying on new research methods and introducing innovative design methodologies.
We are committed to staying at the forefront of technological development and using our expertise to deliver the highest standards of modern design, benefiting both investors and contractors in the construction process.
The company has also served as a training and working center for numerous civil engineers and technical experts. Students from the University of Ljubljana also complete practical training with us.
The company collaborates with numerous local and international architects on completed and ongoing projects in Slovenia and the broader region, including Poland, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, and Mongolia.
In addition to design services, the company also conducts non-destructive inspections of existing structures and soil composition analysis using ground-penetrating radar (GPR).
The company currently employs 8 people, two of whom hold IZS licenses in the field of structural engineering. We also collaborate with a large number of external associates who are regularly involved in project tasks.
